The Role
We are recruiting a Project Engineer to act as the direct Number 2 to the Project Manager on a major West London project. This is a high-responsibility role for a "delivery-first" engineer who thrives on-site and knows how to drive self-delivery teams.
Core Responsibilities
Self-Delivery: Direct oversight of FRC, deep excavations, and demolition works.
Site Management: Acting as the PM's right hand to maintain daily momentum and safety.
Contractual Support: Assisting with NEC contract administration (CEs, EWNs, and records).
Technical Quality: Managing RAMS, permits, and quality inspections to ensure "right-first-time" delivery.
Essential Criteria
Heavy Civils Background: Proven experience in self-delivering FRC and groundworks.
NEC Knowledge: Comfortable working within NEC3/4 contract frameworks.
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), SMSTS, and CSCS.
