The Role ...
You will be responsible for ensuring projects hit cost, quality, and time targets while building the stakeholder relationships necessary to keep momentum high.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Manage project budgets, resource loading, and cost tracking.
Lead "chartering sessions" and integration meetings with internal and external teams.
Maintain risk registers, issues logs, and scope change requests.
Provide regular, clear progress reports to the Senior Leadership Team.
Mentor and coach other project leaders on best-practice processes.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management.
Software Skills: Mastery of MS Project is essential, alongside advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data linking).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence others indirectly to achieve project goals.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss complex problems and recommend solutions to senior management.
Qualifications: A university degree or equivalent experience. Prince 2 or PMP certification is highly desirable.
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 16:45
Friday: 08:30 - 16:15
