Vegner Group, a leading property services group with over 30 years of experience, is looking for an Integration Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team within B-Hive Property Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition for blocks of flats joining their portfolio.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £25,642 - £27,000
- Holiday: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
- Location: Office-based in West Croydon, CR0 2RF (potential for some hybrid working after initial training, which may take a couple of months)
About the Role:
As an Integration Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of a 5-person admin team, responsible for gathering and inputting all necessary data from previous property management companies onto Vegner Group's systems. This involves:
- Information Gathering: Liaising with old providers and residents to collect missing data like bank details, contact information, and essential reports (e.g., H&S reports, building accounts).
- Data Entry: Accurately loading development information, client details, budgets, and resident data onto the property management systems (PMS & Dwellant Property).
- Coordination: Working closely with various internal departments (accounts, H&S, etc.) to ensure all new client information is transferred and set up efficiently.
- Communication: Being the primary point of contact for clients and previous agents, providing exceptional customer service and managing the Integration mailbox.
This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a strong potential for a permanent role or internal progression within the Vegner Group after the initial period, though this cannot be guaranteed at present. Full training will be provided, and you'll be joining a really nice team and manager who are committed to your success.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Administration & Coordination Skills: You're a natural at organising, prioritising, and managing multiple tasks.
- Client Onboarding Experience: Any experience with setting up new clients or business onboarding will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication Pro:** Confident and articulate in obtaining information from various stakeholders and customers.
- Consistency: A CV that demonstrates your ability to commit to roles for more than a year at a time.
- Local to Croydon: As there is no parking available at the West Croydon CR0 2RF office, a local commute is essential.
- Desirable (but not essential): Experience in property, housing, or facilities management.
