Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the central London office, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management consultants, helping to drive administration support efficiency's (training provided)

- £27-30k basic (depending on experience) + Benefits (regular reviews)
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
- Monday to Friday only - 37.5 hours per week
Duties Include:
- Managing internal systems and customer data
- Organising tasks via CRM
- Booking and coordinating contractors and projects
- Supporting with customer support via email and phone
- Providing support with budget's and cost allocations
- Booking meetings, travel and events where needed
- Drafting formal responses and letters
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and projects
Experience needed:
- Work experience within the residential property sector or similar environment would be a benefit
- Approachable and have the ability to build rapport both with internal stakeholders and external clients where needed
- Proven administration experience including use of a CRM and MS applications e.g. basic excel, word, outlook etc...
- Well-developed interpersonal and confident communication skills
- Market knowledge / ability to research and gather data
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Good literate and numerical skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experience within a management support role or similar e.g. team administrator, PA or sales support
- BSc or BA in Administration, business or sales would be an advantage but not essential
