Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a property portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service
- Budget oversight
- Project coordination
- Managing documentation and ensuring compliance
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections
- Monitoring contractor performance
- General administrative duties
Required Experience and Attributes:
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client engagement
- Highly organized, eager, and motivated to learn and advance
- Previous experience or a strong interest in property (desired)
- A car and driving license are essential (expenses paid and parking provided)
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and developing professionally
- A desire to obtain formal qualifications and build a long-term career
