What you'll do:
You'll be the backbone of our purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations. Expect to:
Manage invoices and payments: Accurately upload and post invoices (including utilities) to our CRM and PMS systems. Run weekly supplier payments like clockwork.
Be a system pro: Master CRM and PMS, handling imports, errors, and payment queries like a seasoned pro.
Resolve queries: Tackle disputes, duplicates, and general requests swiftly and professionally.
Support suppliers: Handle emails and calls with top-notch customer service, sorting statements, utility queries, and complex accounting questions.
Keep us organised: Manage refunds, direct debits, and incoming post with precision.
Back up the team: Assist the finance leadership with essential reports and admin.
What you'll bring:
Razor-sharp attention to detail and spot-on numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication skills - clear, professional, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as a great team player.
A positive, can-do attitude and a knack for juggling tasks under pressure.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with a CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF, and quick to learn new systems.
