Blackpool Council are looking for someone to join their Adult Autism Team. This is a full time role which offers an amazing pay rate of £30 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Assessment and care management.
- Safeguarding and risk management, with a focus on positive risk taking.
- Forensic hospital and criminal justice work.
- Court of Protection work.
- Supporting people to enjoy healthier relationships.
- Helping people to secure improved finances, employment and housing.
- Community social work and relationship-based practice.
- Work in partnership with a wide range of internal and external agencies, including Education, Health, Housing, Police, Probation, Mental Health Services, Drug and Alcohol Services and a wide range of service providers.
- Carry out assessments, arrange person-centered support and review packages of care in line with relevant legislation, the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 in particular, and the national and local policies which direct and inform Autism services.
Requirements:
- Social Worker England registered
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work Degree
