Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Manchester City Council's Citywide Care Home team. This is a full time role offering £30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• You will support citizens who live in residential and nursing homes.
• You will complete Care Act assessments, Review, and support planning, in partnership with the older people.
• You have experience/ Knowledge of Care Act 2014.
• You will have experience/ Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act 2005.
• You will have experience of Safeguarding.
• You will have Knowledge of DoLS.
• The team is based at Abraham Moss Centre in North Manchester but covers the whole of the city and out of area; overseeing placements.
• The team has a vital safeguarding function, working in close partnership following the MDT approach.
• The team also provides rapid response and support care homes following the large-scale safeguarding policy.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registered
• Social Work Qualification
• Enhanced DBS
