We're proud to be working in partnership with Knowsley Council to recruit passionate and experienced Social Workers for their Children with Disabilities (CWD) team.

What You'll Do:
- Manage a manageable caseload of children and young people with disabilities, providing consistent, high-quality support
- Work closely with families, schools, health professionals, and partner agencies to deliver holistic, person-centred care
- Advocate for children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met
- Complete assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory requirements
- Support transition planning for young people moving into adulthood, ensuring continuity of care and support
- Prepare and present reports for court or other formal settings, always prioritising the best interests of the child.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience working within a Children with Disabilities, Children's Social Care, or similar statutory team
- Court experience and confidence in preparing and presenting professional assessments
- Social Work England (SWE) registration
- A BSc or equivalent qualification in Social Work
- A compassionate, person-centred approach and a genuine commitment to supporting children and families
