We are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Social Worker to join a supportive and well-established Children with Disabilities Team in Knowsley. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people with complex needs, making a genuine difference to their lives and long-term outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of children and young people with complex needs
- Undertake statutory assessments and produce high-quality reports
- Work directly with children, young people, and their families/carers
- Participate in care planning and review processes
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies
- Promote strengths-based and child-centred practice
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- Diploma / Degree in Social Work
- Social Work England registration
- 3 years' experience within a similar Children's Services setting
- Experience managing complex caseloads
- Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment
