Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children with complex needs
- Conduct statutory assessments and compile detailed reports
- Work directly with children, young people, and their families/carers
- Contribute to care planning and case reviews
- Liaise with internal colleagues and multi-agency professionals
To be considered for the Social Worker role, ideally you will have:
- 1-3+ years' experience in a relevant children's social work setting
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Proven experience managing complex caseloads involving children with disabilities
