What You'll Do:
- Hold a manageable CLA caseload, ensuring every child receives the attention and care they deserve.
- Act as a strong advocate and corporate parent, keeping children's voices central to all decision-making.
- Collaborate with foster carers, residential staff, schools, health professionals, and partner agencies to deliver wraparound support.
- Lead on permanence planning, helping children achieve stability through fostering, adoption, or family reunification.
- Prepare and present court reports, ensuring all actions are in the best interests of the young people you support.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience within a Children Looked After, Child Protection, or similar statutory team.
- Court experience and confidence in presenting professional assessments.
- Social Work England (SWE) registration.
- A BSc or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- The passion, empathy, and resilience to help children and young people thrive.
