To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar Children's Social Work setting.
- A strong commitment to child-focused practice and a demonstrated ability to implement relationship-based and systemic-based practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and form positive relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and prioritise demands effectively.
- A dedication to continuous professional development, with a commitment to maintaining your CPD through regular learning and training.
- Registered with Social Work England
