We are looking for a motivated Quality Support Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory environment while supporting a critical software implementation project. While previous experience is a plus, full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for those eager to start or change their career.

Job Type: Temporary (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: £12.71/hour
Location: Forest of Dean
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
What to Expect
This position is critical in supporting our Quality Department during the implementation of our new Blends RPMS software. You will ensure that our syrup and final product parameters remain within specification by providing administrative and technical support. The role offers a mix of laboratory, production floor, and office settings, with comprehensive "on-the-job" training provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the testing of syrups and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality specifications.
- Tabulate and trend analysis results to identify patterns or anomalies during the software rollout.
- Assist in the daily setup of the sensory (taste-test) panel, ensuring all samples are prepared and coded correctly.
- Responsible for the safe and efficient disposal of samples following testing and panel sessions.
- Accurate inputting of quality data into the new Blends software and existing databases.
Skills & Requirements:
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly (Technical Savvy).
- Ability to handle multiple samples and data sets without losing track of details (Organized).
- Punctuality and reliability are key, especially for the setup of daily sensory panels.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting trends to the wider Quality team.
