Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on investigations by meticulously examining devices to determine the root cause of issues.
- Utilise MS Excel and internal systems to log findings, identify quality trends, and spot emerging patterns.
- Participate in "Continuous Improvement" projects to influence future product design.
- Collaborate with international teams to implement corrective actions.
- Generate technical reports that adhere to strict global regulatory and safety standards.
- Biohazard Waste Disposal: You will handle the disposal of biohazardous materials in accordance with all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to follow evidence to a logical conclusion.
- High level of IT literacy, specifically in Word and Excel.
- Strong documentation skills with an uncompromising focus on precision.
- Minimum of secondary education, with essential proficiency in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in a laboratory or regulated environment is considered a valuable asset.
