We are supporting an Independent Fostering Agency to find a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join their leadership team. Job Summary
The successful candidate will take on the statutory responsibilities of the Registered Manager, ensuring the agency remains compliant with all regulatory requirements while delivering top-tier support to foster carers and children.
Duties & Responsibilities
Acts as the Registered Manager in accordance with Ofsted requirements, ensuring all fostering regulations and national minimum standards are met or exceeded.
Provides direct line management and supervision to Managers across other offices.
Monitors the performance of the IFA's offices ensuring consistency in service delivery.
Works closely with the newly appointed QA Manager to maintain the 'Outstanding' Ofsted status and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Collaborates with the Directors to manage the agency's evolution, ensuring their ethos is upheld as the service scales.
Oversees all safeguarding procedures, ensuring robust decision-making and the highest levels of protection for children in placement.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal applicant will be a Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered) with significant management experience within an IFA or local authority fostering setting. Proficiency in leading teams through Ofsted inspections is essential. In return, the IFA is offers a highly competitive salary tailored to the current market and the candidate's specific expertise.
