We are seeking a resilient and experienced Registered Manager to take the helm of our residential service in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
The Role:
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home.
Ensuring full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated Support Workers.
Managing budgets and local authority relationships.
The Essentials:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare).
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks.
Strong emotional intelligence and crisis management skills.
