Registered Manager - Lead a Boutique 2-Bed Home in Tewkesbury

We are looking for a visionary leader to take the reins of our 2-bedded residential children's home in Tewkesbury. The Rewards:
- Base Salary: £53,300 per annum (with flexibility for the right person).

Are You the One? You might already be a Registered Manager looking for a smaller, more focused environment. Alternatively, we are actively looking for experienced Deputy Managers with at least 2 years of experience who are ready to prove they can lead their own home. We offer incremental salary increases as you grow into the role.

- Managing a small, dedicated team in a 2-bed setting.
