Join our client as a Renewals Specialist, where you'll own the end-to-end renewal process, maximize retention, and uncover upsell opportunities. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless renewals and satisfied customers.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and close renewals with existing customers
- Minimize churn while identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally on customer strategy
- Drive timely, accurate renewals with a data-driven approach
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years in customer success, renewals, or account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM tools
- A proactive, customer-first attitude
