Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Demonstrable background working with children and young people in residential care settings.
- Active PVG scheme status.
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working toward completion).
- Possess a full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Strong crisis-de-escalation abilities and proactive mindset.
