Your Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard, person-centred care to young people with complex disabilities.
- Assist with daily essentials including personal care, mobility, medication, and mealtimes.
- Support educational attainment by accompanying residents to school and appointments.
- Facilitate vibrant recreational experiences, from on-site sensory stories to community-based outings.
- Maintain professional standards and contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
- Operate adapted vehicles to ensure residents remain connected to the wider community.
What we need from you
- Experience: A proven background and a genuine passion for working with children and young people in a care setting.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role to operate adapted service vehicles.
- Commitment: The ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including days, backshifts, or nights.
- Values: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Compliance: Successful candidates must be registered with, or willing to join, the PVG scheme
