We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a long-term residential home in Edinburgh for two young people with complex needs. This isn't just a workplace-it is their home, and we need people who will treat it with the warmth and respect it deserves. Focusing on person centred- care you will be supporting with all aspects of daily living following structured routines.
This is a temporary position with the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. This role follows a 3 week shift pattern including early morning, evenings and waking night shifts. This role requires driving on shift.

To be successful in your application, you will:
- Have 1 year previous experience working in a residential setting with young people
- Experience supporting children with autism, severe learning disabilities and complex care needs
- Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
- Have strong communication skills
- Comfortable doing personal care
- Register under the PVG scheme
- Full driving licence
- Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
