- Contribute to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
- Experience: A proven background in a residential setting working with young people.
- Registration: Must be registered (or willing to register) under the PVG scheme.
- Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Drivers: A full UK driving licence is preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" approach to care.
