Therapeutic Residential Support Worker - Walsall

We are seeking and experienced Residential Support Worker to provide therapeutic care within a Children's Residential home in the Walsall area. You'll contribute to a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people, working collaboratively with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities: Implementing individualised therapeutic care plans, building positive relationships with children and young people, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment and ensuring the emotional and physical well being are met at all times, collaborating colleagues and other health and social care professionals.

Salary & Benefits: £12.21 per hour + £70 sleep-in, 2-on/4-off rota (7:30 am - 10:30 pm with one sleep-in per two days on).

Qualifications & Experience: Level 3 Diploma in Caring for Children and Young People or Children and Young People's Workforce. Previous experience is preferred. Full UK driving license required.
