Competitive Pay Rates
Day Shift: £15.35 per hour
Waking Night: £16.88 per hour
Sleep-in Allowance: £63.04 (Flat rate)
Flexible Shift Patterns
- Days: 08:00 - 20:00
Waking Nights: 20:00 - 08:00
Days with Sleeps: 10:00 - 23:00 (followed by sleep-in) and finishing 08:00 - 10:00 the following morning.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: You must demonstrate a background working specifically within Residential Children's Homes and supporting children who have experienced trauma and exhibit challenging behaviors.
Reliability & Flexibility: You should be available for both day and night shifts and be willing to travel up to 1 hour to various homes within the locality.
Right to Work: You must have the Right to Work in the UK for full-time hours (we cannot accept applicants with 20-hour visa restrictions).
Transport: Being a car driver is highly preferred to manage travel across Cumbria, though not strictly essential.
