This isn't a customer service role so don't worry, you won't be picking up the phone to people who want to complain! You'll be using our computer systems to find out the root cause of a problem. You do not need experience and full training will be given; just good IT and communication skills, and to be able to follow procedure.

- Pay Rate: £15.29 per hour
- Location: Witney
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm
- Duration: 6 months (possibly longer)
Here's what you'll be doing every day:
- Processing Returns: Receive and accurately log returned products using internal systems.
- Maintaining Records: Use computer tools to track and document items efficiently.
- Identifying Trends: Monitor for patterns in product returns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Supporting Improvements: Contribute to ongoing process enhancements within the team.
- Collaborating Globally: Work closely with international colleagues in a professional, non-customer-facing environment.
- Staying Informed: Remain up to date on product knowledge to support compliance and quality standards.
Requirements :
- IT literacy and confidence using computer systems (the interview will include a computer test)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English..
- Experience of working autonomously and with minimal supervision.
- Experience of using computer packages including Word and Excel.
- 5 years of referencing (employment or alternative activity) history will need to be obtained if you are successful in your application.
