The Role: Dynamic & Rewarding
This is a unique "Allocation on Arrival" position. Upon starting your shift, you will be assigned to the ward or department with the highest clinical need. You will have the opportunity to work across:
Emergency Departments
General Medical Wards
Specialist Units
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Accurate clinical documentation and record-keeping.
Administering clinical interventions and medications.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and flow.
What You'll Need
Valid NMC Pin (Band 5 Registered Nurse).
Proven experience in an acute hospital setting.
The adaptability to hit the ground running in different clinical environments.
Strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
