Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)

About the Role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be a key part of our team, acting as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the project team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the Supervisor with the annual programme of works and ensuring the operational team delivers on time. Your responsibilities will include:
Giving residents a clear understanding of planned elemental works for windows, doors, external works, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Issuing notices for access and informing the site team of any reasonable adjustments required by tenants.
Maintaining a complaints procedure and dealing with disputes and damage claims.
Supporting the operational team in the delivery of programmes on time.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential, ideally within property services and planned works.
Experience in a customer services environment is a must.
Previous experience working with local authorities or registered housing providers is essential.
Proven experience in a busy environment, delivering successful outcomes within challenging deadlines.
Knowledge of reactive maintenance services is desirable.
Requirements:
A full UK driving license is a must, as you will be required to cover the Birmingham and Tamworth areas. A company car or car allowance will be provided.
You must be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
