Are you a reliable and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) seeking a consistent and predictable work schedule? We have a fantastic block booking opportunity for you at the Carleton Clinic in Carlisle (CNTW NHS Foundation Trust). This role is perfect for experienced RMNs who thrive on a structured, rolling shift pattern.
About the RoleThis block booking offers a stable work pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, ensuring you can plan your life with confidence. You will be an integral part of the team at Carleton Clinic, providing high-quality care within a supportive environment. We are looking for individuals ready to commit to this specific rotation immediately.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive mental health nursing care to patients.
- Adhere to the strict 4 on, 4 off shift pattern without deviation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and patient care.
- A valid NMC Pin (Band 5 RMN).
- An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as an RMN within the NHS in the last 3 years.
- A valid, in-date PMVA (BILD) certificate.
- Valid Mandatory Training certificates.
- Proof of immunisations: MMR, Hepatitis B, and BCG.
- Full UK Right to Work documentation. (Please note: Sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.)
- Immediate availability to commence the 4 on, 4 off rotation.
- Pay Rates (Umbrella):
- Day Rate: £25.00 per hour
- Night/Saturday Rate: £32.51 per hour
- Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £40.00 per hour
