My client, a leading FM contractor, is seeking a proactive and skilled Building Services Shift Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team at a prestigious site. This is a critical role within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of essential systems and delivering a first-class service to their client.

- Up to £45,000 Per Annum
- Mon to Fri
- 25 days holiday entitlement + 8 days bank holiday
Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
- Carry out safe isolation of plants and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Organizing, liaising with, and escorting subcontractors
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in either Electrical installations or Mechanical Engineering - C&G or NVQ or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years experience prior within commercial maintenance
- Client facing attitude
- Minimum of 17th Edition / 18th Edition is desirable
