Technical Contract Manager - Blue Chip Building - North West London - Up to 60KAn excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading companies in the facilities industry. They currently maintain a number of maintenance contracts in and around Central London and are looking for an experienced technical contract manager to work on a brand new contract based in North West London, close to Wembley Stadium.The building is three years old and is part of a major contract, with the main purpose of the role being to ensure that technical and day to day operations are maintained to a very high standard. There are also a number of other satelite buildings which form part of the same contract. The TCM will also need to maintain the sites PPM's to 100% completion at a high quality level and update the asset register on a routine basis. Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:Qualified in engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.Strong understanding of building managements systems.Strong technical engineering understanding.Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.Experience of managing large 24/7 sites.Experience of service delivery in high profile office environments.Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
