A qualified Nursery Nurse is required for a school in East London. You must hold a relevant childcare degree or a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and be able to work 5 days a week. This position is to work across the different rooms in the nursery. A forward thinking Nursery school, and one that we work very closely with, is seeking to appoint a full time Early Years Educator,a position that begins in September, the beginning of the academic year.

This is a permanent position, The expected hours of work are 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Contributing the highest standard of physical, emotional and social care for each child
* Tailoring best practice and routines to ensure that the individual needs of each child are able to be met throughout the day
* Developing a rapport with the children and supporting colleagues when it is most required
* Building trust with all parents/carers, ensuring that a positive relationship is sustained through open and honest communication
* Working alongside the Nursery teacher to help ensure that the school's vision is maintained

Requirements of the candidate:

* You must hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a Level 3 award in Supporting Teaching and Learning
* Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* A thorough understanding of Safeguarding
* Ability to communicate effectively with the team and parents/carers
* Having a DBS on the online update service or the willingness to complete a new DBS application
* Being available to work 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
