If this sounds like something that would suit you, please check the requirements below… The Candidate:The successful candidate should be an experienced maintenance engineer with exposure to both mechanical and electrical duties within the food production industry. Candidates should be able to demonstrate fault finding and repair skills as well as keeping up with the planned maintenance schedule.No two days will be the same in this role, so a good understanding of similar conveyor systems are essential and industry relevant qualifications are desired. The Role:Working as part of a multi functional maintenance engineering team, your overall objective is to ensure the efficient running of all machinery on site, and in turn maximise production output, this will be completed by; attending reactive and planned maintenance activities; assisting with new machinery installations, upgrades and relocations; acting as a go to technical support for operations, productions and all other departments and much more. Requirements:Several years experience working as a maintenance engineer within a food production or similar industry. Competent fault finding and repairing on a range of equipment.Hold a Level 3 engineering qualification or above or a time-served apprenticeship.
