      Maintenance Engineering Supervisor Skelmersdale, Lancashire4 on 4 off Days/Nights- 12 hour shifts£39,405 + Overtime Opportunities + Holiday + Excellent Pension Scheme + Benefits Package Maintenance Engineering Supervisor required for a forward thinking and nationally recognised waste/energy recycling firm. Working with the operational function, you will be responsible for: motivating and leading a team on a daily basis- strong man management skills are a must, distributing planned and reactive maintenance activities across site on shift, working hands on- fault finding and repairing on a range of mechanically orientated equipment, ensure all colleagues are acting in accordance with health and safety regulations, driving improvements across site, along with much more.
