Their SaaS based platform provides tools that allow Companies to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their employees, as well as design bespoke programmes that provide excellent and sustainable development solutions.On top of this they also offer Pre-employment assessment tools. They provide over 30 million Assessments per year toover 150 countries This is a hands-on role and will be a mix of Technical and Leadership duties.
