You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities within a dedicated geographical area, working with 300+ merchant stockists. This field-based role involves implementing marketing campaigns, promoting product benefits, and building strong relationships with key accounts. You'll also participate in industry shows and events, representing the company and its products. You will be empowered to develop your own strategies and contribute to a growing team, receiving significant investment in your training and development.
Main tasks include
- Develop and implement in-branch marketing strategies.
- Manage and maintain product profiles and merchandising.
- Engage with merchants and installers through social media.
- Promote product benefits and increase commercial awareness.
- Support key account assignments.
- Contribute to the company's sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales and marketing, ideally within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving license.
- A positive, creative, and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in using social media for marketing purposes.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
