What will you be responsible for:
- Driving lead generation, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the sales team. You'll build strong client relationships, identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities, and utilize social media for business development.
Specifically the activities will be:
- Client prospecting and new customer acquisition
- Identifying new sales prospects from existing clients
- Lead nurturing and collaboration with the field sales team
- Utilizing social media for social selling
- Distributing customer communications
- Supporting account-based marketing
- Collecting customer feedback
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role is essential. Proven ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships is highly valued.
