Randstad is seeking a proactive and highly organised Sample Management Coordinator to join a leading multi-national pharmaceutical organisation based in Harwell.

Initial 6 month contract role with potential for extension.
Duties:
- Coordinating sample management activities, including collaboration across internal QC functions and external laboratories.
- Managing receipt, processing, distribution, and shipment of samples, including in-process, drug substance, drug product intermediate, stability, and raw materials.
- Supporting and executing stability sample shipments to external labs and managing retrieval of stability data and reports for documentation and archival.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records in stability binders and databases.
- Performing stability activities, including labelling, verifying quantities, and updating LIMS or tracking logs.
- Maintaining cGMP documentation for all performed activities in compliance with Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity requirements.
- Supporting general lab operations, including reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and consumable inventory management.
- Participating in authoring and revising quality records such as deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and SOPs.
- Contributing to a safe, compliant, and collaborative lab culture focused on continuous improvement and inclusion.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience within a lab/pharma environment
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP processes and regulations
- Strong administration, coordination and organisational experience
