Key Responsibilities & Skills
As a School Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our school's operations. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a school administration setting.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with school database systems; Arbor experience is a plus.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A GCSE in English or Maths (graded A*-C / 9-4) or an equivalent qualification.
A strong understanding of safeguarding legislation (Child Protection, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Inclusion).
Experience working with children or adults with special educational needs or disabilities is highly desirable.
