The Pay: £13.68-14.50 per hour (Based on your experience)
We have urgent roles in North Liverpool, South Liverpool, City Centre, and Sefton (including Bootle, Crosby, and Maghull). We match you with schools close to home!
Skills You'll Need:
- Previous School Experience: You must have worked in a school office before.
- SIMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SIMS is essential for this role.
- Great Communication: A friendly and professional manner when speaking to parents and staff.
- DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS check is required (we can help you get one).
Duties:
- Using SIMS to manage student records and keep the database up to date.
- Handling the morning and afternoon school registers.
- Being the friendly face of the school at the front reception desk.
- Communicating with parents via phone, email, and letter.
- Helping the senior team with daily filing and general office tasks.
- Managing school supplies and incoming deliveries.
