We have immediate, high-priority openings for Office Administrators who have previous experience working in a school environment with SIMS. These roles are vital to the daily running of our local schools across Liverpool and require a quick start.
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour (Based on experience).

Skills You'll Need:
- Previous School Experience: You must have worked in a school office before.
- SIMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SIMS is essential for this role.
- Great Communication: A friendly and professional manner when speaking to parents and staff.
- DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS check is required (we can help you get one).
Duties:
- Update student profiles and contact details on the SIMS database.
- Record morning and afternoon attendance to ensure all pupils are accounted for.
- Answer the main school phone and greet visitors at the front desk.
- Draft and send out letters or emails to parents and guardians.
- Assist the school leadership team with general filing, typing, and admin tasks.
- Help manage school lunch payments or small office orders.
