• Premium Pay Rates: * HCAs & Support Workers: From £19.62/hr (PAYE) | £23.00/hr (Umbrella)

  • Senior Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE) | £25.00/hr (Umbrella)

• 🚢 Travel Costs Covered: Pack your bags-your ferry bookings to and from the islands will be fully reimbursed by Randstad!

• ⏳ Flexible Contract Lengths: Placements start at a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, with many extending up to 6 months.
