An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong, enthusiastic practitioner to join our team. We are looking for individuals who can confidently step into a classroom, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure that no learning time is lost when a permanent teacher is away.
Your Profile (Requirements):
A strong, resilient individual capable of successfully managing classes of 30 teenagers.
Experience working within secondary schools with top-tier classroom management.
Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to student progress.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensuring students stay focused and complete the work left by their absent teacher.
Delivering lessons interactively while maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Supporting and guiding students of varying learning abilities.
Working alongside full-time staff to ensure a seamless school day.
