We're looking for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants at a unique school for 11-16-year-olds with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our school blends traditional academic values with a caring, specialised approach to help students thrive both in and outside the classroom.
Your Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting students' learning and personal development. You'll help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel encouraged, confident, and ready to learn. Your support will be key to helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.
