We're looking for several confident, compassionate and proactive SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants to support learners in specialist and mainstream settings in the LS10 area. These full-time roles (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm) start at £90 per day and are ideal for those with a passion for making a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour with consistency and care
Providing personal care when required with sensitivity and dignity
Creating safe, structured, and engaging learning environments
Helping pupils develop both academically and socially, in line with EHCPs
Working closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in SEN, SEMH, care or behaviour support roles
Candidates with psychology, education, or healthcare backgrounds are encouraged
A proactive, energetic, and compassionate approach-you're here for the right reasons

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
