Your role will include:

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
  
  
• Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups
  
  
• Encouraging independence and confidence among learners

• Providing tailored support for students with SEN
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience with children or SEN (desirable but not essential)
