Key Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience working with children aged 4-18, specifically those with Speech, Language, and Communication difficulties.
A comprehensive understanding of SLC needs and the ability to design and implement highly differentiated and personalised learning plans, with a strong focus on communication strategies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and specialists (e.g., Speech and Language Therapists).
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
