• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.

• Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs.

• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

• Experience teaching secondary students with SEMH.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
