Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualised lessons tailored to EHCP targets.
- Use creative and adaptive methods to engage learners with additional needs.
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and SENCOs to ensure holistic support.
- Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Promote independence, life skills, and emotional development.
- Contribute to the wider school ethos of care, inclusion, and celebration of diversity.

Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified teaching status) is essential.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
- Experience teaching pupils with special educational needs (ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD etc.)
- Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
