Randstad Education is recruiting on behalf of North Ridge High School, a specialist provision for students aged 11-19 with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. We're looking for a compassionate, creative, and motivated SEN Teacher to join their exceptional team. Preferred Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly ASD, SLD, and complex needs

Eligibility to work in the UK and references from recent employers
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons for students with a wide range of learning needs
- Use creative and differentiated strategies to maximise engagement and progress
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support students' emotional wellbeing and social development
- Contribute to EHCPs and maintain effective tracking and assessment of progress
